- The college campus is very small and conjusted .
- The canteen is not good as some dishes provided by the canteen are not that tasty.
- Students have to wait too much either for paying fees or taking railway concession.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the BCA course as I had an interest in IT and found it very interesting to learn. 6:70 ( There are 6 teachers and overall 70 students). All teachers are very highly qualified and experienced. The teachers use interactive methods to teach like case studies, teaching the topics through ppt, discussion on our doubts, guest lectures on specific topics, and using digital media. The semester exam is conducted every 6 months.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good as every student gets placed in very well-known companies. The students become eligible for placements in the 5th semester which is in the third year. The minimum criteria provided by the companies for placements is that students should score at least 60%. The companies visited for placements are Accenture, Infosys, cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, etc. Almost 60% of students get placed in very well-known companies in placements. My plan after taking my degree is to take a master's degree in BCA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is divided into two installments. The fees are high for third-year students as compared to the first and second year. Scholarship opportunities are available for SC caste students. Also, scholarships are provided to financially unstable students. The scholarship for financially unstable students is provided bi SPRJ Kanyashala trust.
Campus Life
Life on campus is very enjoyable as we are surrounded by good friends and supportive teachers. Various college and intercollege fests are organized by the college. The intercollegiate annual fest - UTSAV was organized by the student council from January 24 - Jan 28. Also, a fest organized by our department named ZEST-O-FEST on January 13. Various books related to academics and also various popular non-fiction books are present in the library. Also, there is a facility for using computers in the library for class work purposes but for a limited time. There are 4 fully-fledged computer labs for doing practicals. Also, the classrooms have projectors for teaching purposes. . There is a separate sports room, and also various extracurricular activities are organized by the college every month.
Admission
The admission process went very smoothly. The eligibility of the course is 12 th pass. The application form can be finded out in the college's official website. And the application date is in the month of June or July. The reservation quota is for SC caste students while admission. No improvement in the admission process as everything went well.
