Course Curriculum Overview
This course is the best if you want to serve society and make decent money, earn respect and lead a worthy life. The students are incredibly talented and one needs to grind each day to keep up with the curriculum. Semester exams aren't of great value but MB examinations (University exams) are really tough. You need a 50% score to pass and go to the next year. If you fail you'll have to sit for the supple examination, which is more difficult than the regular examination. The faculty is extremely good.
Internships Opportunities
Internship refers to a training program in which an M.B.B.S. graduate is able to learn methods to administer actual practice of medical and health care. The duration of the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship is of 12 years. You have to attend all 365 days, sometimes you might have to work continuously for 24 hrs. You get paid about 30000 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 9200 rupees per year. No additional fees. No hidden fees. Various scholarships like Oasis etc are there which you can avail. They provide more than 1.5 lacs per year. After passing out, you can join a government job as a doctor starting salary of about 60000 rupees per month.
Campus Life
The fest is conducted in the month of November, named SYNAPSE. Classes are Air conditioned, have smart boards and are arranged in gallery style. Inter-college football, badminton and cricket tournaments are held. There is a drama group, a cinematography group, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The boy's and girls' hostels are separate but face opposite each other. Per room, the people are allotted. Each floor has a bathroom and toilets. The corridor is clean. The room is spacious and has good ventilation. Maids are there to help households. But you need to pay for them on your own. Mess is there, food is satisfactory and hygienic.
Admission
Admission after allotment by the NMC, according to Neet ug ranks. The application for neet ug is on the official website of NTA. There is a reservation for OBC, sc, and st in every govt Medical College. The admission process is hassle-free and smooth.
