Remarks
A student can take admission to the college if he/she has given the jee exam for the B Tech. Also, there is an entrance exam by the University, and students who want to take admission can give the exam. Also, colleges provide scholarships based on the entrance exam. The application form can be filled out online on the college website as well as by visiting the college admin office. Admission is open normally from July after the results of the board exams. The college also provides govt scholarships to the St, sc, and obc students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The overall curriculum is good. The syllabus is based on the new education policy. The faculty is good and have good reach in their subjects. The faculty-students ratio is good, it's 1:30. But they are bringing new faculty. There are 2 mid sem and semester-end exams. The exam level is difficult. Also, they don't give the semester break at the end of semester exams.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is provided by the college. Also, students can join them. The stipend is not much more it's 10000. They provide internships in the city. The highest role was offered to data analyst.
Placement Experience
They allow internships for the 3 years and campus for 4 years. Students can also join the open campus. Many companies visit like TCS, HCL, and BHEL. They wanted only 20, the highest package was 13L and the average was 6L. Only 20% of students got placed. Currently, I haven't completed my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the course are not so high as compared to other colleges in the same city. My fee is 75000/yr. Also, colleges provide scholarships to students based on college entrance exams irrespective of caste. And SC, ST, and OBC students can apply for the govt scholarship i.e. Post matric scholarship.
Campus Life
I enjoy the campus. There is an equinox held in May every year and a sports fest in October. Also, small seminars, tech fest, and medical camp are being held once every semester. In the library, we can find the all course books and there is a separate building for the Library. Also, there are many clubs like sports, cultural, coding, etc. Classrooms are equipped with AC.
Hostel Facilities
Overall the hostel is good but they can't allow students to go outside the hostel after 7 PM and before 6 PM. There is ground beside the hostel and a gym and activity room in the hostel. There is a mess in the hostel. They give 2 times breakfast and snacks and two-time lunch and dinner. The food is not so good for those who eat plain food means the food has more spices.
