The college is overall good, good place to learn and know about what the course holds.
Entrance Preview
IBSAT is the exam required. Scored 90% and opted because of the faculty. It has a great location and the curriculum is also apt. The learning process was amazing.
Course Curriculum Overview
Very vast. A lot of things were covered for the curriculum. The four semesters covered almost all the subjects where in the first 2 semesters were common covering operations, finance, marketing etc. and then the electives.
Internships Opportunities
A lot of companies were present for the internship and the stipend offered was close to 10k in 2010. The companies ranged for every specialization including finance, marketing and operations.
Placement Experience
The placements were good. the average package was close to 6 in 2010 and the companies had close to 60% hiring rate. quite a lot of the students were placed from the college itself.
College Events
There were the cultural fests, the annual fests the diwali celebrations and a lot more. They are pretty huge with close to 800 students attending a lot of participation's also come from other colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is on the higher side. The course costed aroung 10lacs in 2010. it is still comparable to the other colleges but still on the higher end for a lot.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers some great scholarships for merit students. A lot of them help a lot for the fee as well. some students got the complete course fee covered in the scholarship
Campus Life
The Hostel Parties, workshops, cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status were all very well.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels and the mess food are like every other college. you can live with it but there are various food outlets nearby which can be visited in needs at times.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is strong and a lot of them keep meeting every now and then. They interact through mails and the common network that the college shares.
Exam Structure
The exams are pretty relaxed and not very hectic. you get ample time to study revise and they appear. The grading system is applicable for the exams.
Faculty
The faculty was one of the reasons for going in for the course. The college has some great professors with a huge industry experience. This helped understand the real life experiences.
