ABES an average college for CSE students

As it markets are booming that's why I choose the course. Faculty to student ratio is at the lowest level. 1 teacher for one subject in one class. Qualification of teachers varies from most of them being from tier 2 college and a small section from tier 1 college. College exams were always on time and passing exams are quite easy even if you study one day before exams.

A student becomes eligible in 5th sem however he will be given noc only in 7th and 8th sem. INFO EDGE , National Instruements , tcs , Infosys,hcl and many more companies gave a total of around 700 to 800 offers. highest on campus package - 15lpa ,SDE profile, average package - 5lpa training profile 98% student are placed. Get good off campus placement or go for higher studies.

The fees of the student depend on the admission process if you take direct admission it would be around 1.67 lakhs per year but if you take counselling you can avail of scholarships of up govt. if you fall into the reserved castes. I do not have details of scholarships but the quality of jobs is very poor during my batch due to the recession, in general, If i tell you the highest intern stipend offered was 45k without ppo being confirmed and only 2-3 companies offered packages between 10 -15 LPA.

Genero is the name of the annual fest,technovation is the name of the tech fest, generally held in winter time from Oct to march it is not fixed. Books and journals are all issued from the library of the college every sem. Charging ports, presenting boards, CCTV, fully ac classroom, Sports facilities are very less. Apart from the grounds and playing area, you won't be provided with any equipment and all. just the very basic one. The college has different clubs but they are not of a very great level.

I took an entrance exam based on apti and maths questions to check the student's general ability. Application form details can be found in the registrar's office. I took the direct admission which is based on percentage + jee percentile, cut off marks are 165+ /200 for it fields. Application dates start in the mid of April. Reservation benefits are given to students who opt for admission through counselling.

There were no group discussions but there was an interview where we were asked questions based on physics ,chemistry and maths The qualifying test involved apti and phys and maths. I revised the syllab of 12 briefly and went for the exam.
