JSS Noida honest review

The faculties are good, Every faculty of my college is well qualified. I didn't like the pps(programming for problem-solving) faculty as she doesn't teach properly and the entire class does not get what she explains in the lab as well as in theory classes). Teaching wise I would rate the faculty of my college as 6 to 7 out of 10, and by helping nature term I would rate them as 10/10. In the first semester, we got 2 exams namely, cia1 and cia2. And later end semester exam. CIA's were moderate level and the end semester exam is from 20th March 2022.

I'm currently in the first-year first semester. So I don't know much about placement procedures. Various companies visit here. But most of them are mass recruiters. The average package of my college is approx 5-6 LPA. And the highest is nearly 43 LPA I guess. But most of the students opt for off-campus placements as not very big companies come here in campus placement. I'd like to go for off-campus placement or maybe for higher studies like mtech from IITs.

It is affordable as compared to other private colleges. There was a fee waiver criteria, but since my father was a government employee so I couldn't get it. But my friends got scholarships in fee waiver rounds.

Zealicon is the name of the techno club fest in my college. It will be held in summer so till now I haven't experienced it as I'm in my first year. Several books are provided in the library. The library is vast and full of books. But in the classrooms, the air conditioner is not provided which is a con for me in summer. There are several societies in my college like the dancing society, electrical department society, cse, ece department society, cultural activity society, and many more.

Jee's main score was considered for admission. Jssate Noida is affiliated with AKTU. The CSE department was closed at 78k rank approx after 4 rounds of counseling in the 2022 year. I was OBC but my seat allotted was the general rank seat.
