Happy With College

The college offers good speed Wi-Fi, 3 canteens, a swimming pool, a gym, a cricket stadium.The bad thing I noticed about the college is its odd location, as it is stuck with 2 highways and one of them is NH24.but overall the college is from one of the best colleges in NCR. The college management is a little bit strict but I think it is according to need.

I had given JEE mains 2016 and UPSEE 2016 and scored 126/360 and 356/600 marks respectively.But due to my poor rank in JEE and a respective one in UPSEE, I went to this college as I had no option at that time.It was the college I got from counseling. that's why I have gone with this.

The course structure of B.Tech(computer science and engineering) is very good in AKTU.subjects in the b.tech 2nd year are Introduction to Soft Computing, Discrete Mathematics, Digital Logic and Design, Data Structures Using – C and Computer Organization and Architecture.The subjects are also oriented towards research.One can focus on research but have to work a little more.

Yes, my college provides internship but to 2nd year onwards students.As I am a 2nd-year student so I didn't get any internship yet.But near about 65 % students got the internship from college in the companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest stipend offered was 15000 and the lowest was 12000.

Around 96% students got placed last year. The highest package was around 13.5 lacs and the lowest was 2.16 lacs. Around 250 companies visited the campus last year.some of them are TCS, INFOSIS,Tech Mahindra etc.They offered roles like prospective software developer and assistant system engineer, associate, and English editing, software testing, animation and graphic design, and cyber-security.

My college has cultural Samvaad (it enhances your personal development and gives you a stage to show your acting skills). Genero is an event organized by 4th-year students along with college management in which singers and stars performance can be seen.threre was a technical event inside genero in which around 22 participants had participated. Also, some programs like SEEP (Student Employability Enhancement Programme) and CCPD (it enhances your entrepreneur skills) also running which organizes regular coding events.

The fee structure is feasible I would say. as in NCR region, this fee is acceptable according to the facilities offered by the college. It offers a fully Wi-Fi campus spread over 15.2 acres with a speed of up 1 Mbps, an AC library, an emergency ambulance service and a fully equipped gym. The college has its own cricket stadium and a swimming pool.

No college does not provide any kind of scholarship but one can get the scholarship from UP government if he/she eligible for that.College informed students about a Vidya Lakshmi portal for educational loans and scholarships for higher education. college offers a facility of opening a bank account for government scholarship.

campus life is decent, the gender ratio is nearly 5/3.The college organizes regular workshops on different topics, the recent one on android app development.The college has cultural societies like samvaad which enhances your acting skills.there is no tolerance in college. But, there is a big competition between the students and branches.This makes students focus on projects.There is not any kind of politics inside the campus and the campus environment is peaceful I would say.college also organizes sports events in which students from different colleges take part.Technical competitons such as robo wars are also held in Genero event.

Hostel rooms are above average and I had not faced any infrastructure-related issue yet.I rate the hostel with 4/5. The hostel provides laundry service, canteen Wi-Fi service and it also has volley ball court, basket ball court, badminton net and long tennis court.Quality of mess food is decent I would say.

the college has its own alumni network that is 'alma connect' which connects all types of students and alumni.on this network students can get in touch with seniors.The seniors are very helpful I would say.I interacted with some of my seniors during my workshop and the experience was good they helped me to understand projects and also gave an idea about the faculties.

The internal exam matrix is very good.Here you have to give 3 internal written exams and 2 internal lab assessments.But the experience is good I would say. No peer pressure I have to feel yet.The quality of labs are average but the quality of classrooms is the best I have seen yet with fully AC classrooms.In the 1st year there was a little restriction but after the 1st year, anyone can enjoy the study with a little focus on course along with projects and much more.

I had got 11599 general rank in UPSEE 2016 so, I got admission in this college through the counseling process.After the UPSEE results, I went through the counseling process.so I registered with the open(general) category rank.I filled my choices and locked them and went for the document verification.After the 5th round of counseling result, I got this college.

Faculty members are above average some of them are very good. They are helpful too and also very qualified but are not knowledgeable. Although some of them show interest in teaching but not all.Digital methods are also used such as Google classroom, WhatsApp, Hangouts, and projectors for teaching. The student to faculty ratio is about 1000:80 which is a good this I have noticed.
