Course Curriculum Overview
I chose to enrol in this course because I have always wanted to pursue my higher studies in computer science. the course curriculum is designed in a very systematic manner, we have regular classes and examinations held in the college. the faculties are also great and highly qualified, most of them holding a PhD from highly reputed institutions.
Internships Opportunities
the students are allowed to work as an intern anywhere during their working college days as well, they just need to submit the internship letter to the college and then don't have to worry about attendance as they will be marked present for the time till which the internship is valid.
Placement Experience
the college provides the students with the opportunity of campus placement, various companies visit the college and the eligible and skilled students are selected by the companies for different jobs. moreover, the college provides students with various add-on courses from the second year onwards to build up their skills and technical knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee structure is pre-informed to the students at the time of admission, i.e the fee value is approximately the same for all the years of the course. the scholarship is provided to only the students who fulfil the criteria as per mentioned in the university guidelines. one can get to know about this all by accessing the official site of ipu.
Campus Life
the campus is quite nice with good infrastructure. it has various labs for different purposes which are well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. the college has a good library where all the important books for different subjects are present, the students can get these books issued using their library card for free. seminars are held in the college auditorium once a week that is very informative and helps to broaden the student's vision. the college not only excels in academics but also hosts various co-curricular events and competitions for the students, and there are clubs actively working in the college to encourage all these activities like dance, music, art etc.
Admission
the student must have appeared for jee mains examination and then should register for the ggsipu application form. after the results of the jee mains are announced, the students must enter their percentile and upload their final mark sheet on the main ipu website portal after login into their respective applications. after uploading the results and other necessary fields required for the form like paying the application form fees and entering the schooling details, once all this is done the counselling round begins and students are allotted the respective colleges according to their percentiles
