- Uniform is the biggest thing that I dislike about this college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is tough compared to other colleges. I had no other option left, So I chose this course. Almost all the faculty are Ph.D. qualified. I don't know the exact student-to-teacher ratio but they teach approximately 30-60 students. Exams are held every month and core subjects are really tough.
Placement Experience
The only good thing about this college is placements and besides that college life is basically zero. The highest package is around 44lpa and the average package is around 10lpa. 99% of the students get placed in the CS branch and 95% get placed in ECE.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees hike is about 10% of what we paid the last semester. But hostel fees are quite high compared to the facility that they provide. You get several scholarships if you are from certain parts of the country or belong to any specific caste.
Campus Life
We have 2 annual fests for respective campuses. Converge and Impressions for sectors 62 and 128. The sports scene is dead in college, No proper facilities are available for sports. We have to play football and cricket on the same ground.
Admission
You can apply either through your jee marks or through your board percentage. You can find the application form on the portal of Jaypee Institute. No idea regarding reservations. The improvement I want is that they take more students on the basis of JEE exam.
Other Applied Colleges
Chandigarh University - [CU] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Science and Engineering)
Not good for placements
