I am chosen this course because I am keenly interested in electronics and its applications. The Electronics department of this college is known for its well-skilled faculties. All the facilities are highly graduated and specialized in their domain. This college is also known for its tough academic curriculum because the quiz is organized twice every week. The Difficulty level is too high but this is very good for the students to score high in the end sem examination.

Qualtech, Newgen, and many companies provide stipends under internships with a developer role. The college will provide the NOC for placed students to go for internships. These companies provide resources to learn skills and take the test for better performance of the students and after the internship distributed the role based on the performance.

In the 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Cognizant, TCS, IBM, Amazon, Byjuice, Nagarrow, Nucleus Software, Newgen, Qualtech, Delloite, Tech Mahindra, and many companies visited the college. Highest package-7 lpa TCS digital. Average package-3 lpa Qualtech developer. All the placed students have a 60% minimum. After getting my degree, I am wanted to work in the IT industry as a software engineer.

The overall cost is around 600000 rupees for the B.Tech course. Colleges also provide fee concessions. If you submit all the fees at one time then you get a 20% discount and if you submit half of the fee then you get a 10% discount. The State government also provide scholarship to their students every year.

Every year the college celebrates its annual cultural extravaganza Abhivyakti in February. Widely flaunted as one of its kind, the fest is a driving force for college students to establish their identity for a pride of place in a variety of fine cultural performances. It provides an opportunity for all students of the college to perform some role or the other in the fest. Gantavya is a festival for tech fest organized in November. It is an opportunity for the students to showcase their interests and knowledge in the field of technology. The a state-of-the-art fully Air-conditioned and Wi-Fi-enabled Library system of SRMCEM consists of a Central Library which collectively supports the teaching, research, and extension programs of the college. Spardha is organized every year for Students to their physical development. Euphony cell, Dracula cell, Step cell, Photography cell, and Robots clubs, are well flourished by the students to make the college proud.

The eligibility of the course is to pass the state-level entrance exam like UPSEE(UPTU/AKTU). But nowadays, there is a change in these exams the candidate must be given the CUET exam for getting admission to this course. Based on the cut-off score the candidate goes through counseling and then selects the choice lock in which the candidate fills their dream college like SRMCEM and has to pay 20000 for seat lock in the college. One thing is to note down that when the candidate goes through the counseling there is an FW seat in every college, if you opted then you get your reservation. when the seat is locked in college you are invited for admission on the specified date and also you got a mail from the college to bring the important documents like your 10th and 12th mark sheet, Entrance exam score card, Income certificate, Caste certificate, Domicile certificate, Medical certificate, Adhar card, 2 Passport size photo.
