Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in this course and this course was best suitable for my jee rank in my branch 100 students are there of which 20 are girls. My faculty is very good and very efficient.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Two intern seasons are there. The internship is offered in it sector branches only. But packages are high for a talented student. Internships occur in summer only. So everyone got good opportunities to get an intern.

Placement Experience

Placement and internship both are offered. Placement varies with the branch. It branches have high packages like above 1 crore. And other branches have packages like 20 lahks to 70 lahks. So u will get good money.

Fees and Financial Aid

Job opportunity is good. The average package is 17 lakh. IIT Kanpur gives scholarships to needy ones. So one can easily go for that course. Fees are approx 1 lakh but one with an income lower than 1 lakh needs no tuition fees

Campus Life

Antragni udgosh techkriti are the cultural and tech fedt of college. It is Asia's famous fest. the classroom has full facilities like a projector, speaker, and big screen. in IIT there are classrooms with 600 student capacity.

Admission

I got admission through jee adv. I had an EWS reservation. Application forms can easily be found anywhere and also on the official site. No there is no need for any improvement as all things are well managed.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I choose this college becouse of its flexible acdemic structure and its great Alum connections. Also this is the best college i am getting according to my rank and my interest in mathematics. I have Applied for IIT delhi in electronics. IIT Delhi is also a great college but when it comes to academic focus IIT delhi lacks there. Also there faculty administratation is so strict. if a student wants to start something or he/she has a new iniative for the college , he/she will face hard time. So I couldn't make it to IIT Roper CSE branch because my jee adance rank is not that great for the Roper' Computer science. So the Admission process here at IITK is not difficult. You just the originaly document which you have submitted in your josa counselling portal and you need to verify it once here usually a couple opf hours work. I chose IIT Kanpur over othe rcooleges because of its academic reputation, research opportunities and strong alumini network. I was also able to get seats in other IITs but I preferred IIT Kanpur due to its legacy . I didn't face rejections, but did not opt for some colleges even after qualifying due to lower research output, weaker placement stats.
