A piece of advice from your senior

I choose Electronics and Communication Engineering based on my passion for the Electronics and Semiconductor industry. The faculty is about 1 for 60 students and all the faculty are graduates. Most of the faculty come with a projector to the class and they display a PPT and explain it. We only have midterm exams and semester exams which are decided by the jntuk, the university to which the college is affiliated to. Coming to term exams, they are super easy to pass.

From the 3-2 semester students are eligible for placements on campus placements and till now the companies like inmovidu, Surya tech, Sid's farm, and q spiders had visited our college by offering 7ctc to even low as 2Lpa. The percentage of students getting placed on campus is very low and we seek off-campus more than on-campus as they offer higher packages.

At present total course fee for the institution is covered under fee reimbursement by the Andhra Pradesh government and there will be a university fee of up to 5000rs per year. Apart from that there will be a fee for the college hostel and college transport that varies based on the distance and area. There will be no scholarships but we can earn while studying by teaching diplomas and lower standard students and we can also work as volunteers for college and can get paid. I got an offer letter from Inmovidu technologies and waiting for the onboarding.

There will be no social and entertainment fests in the college, not even a single one, don't know about the future but in the last 4 years since I joined no fest has been conducted. Some technical events will be conducted on emerging technologies. We have a huge library that contains almost every book regarding the courses available In college. Sports are like falling stars in our college and the NCC and NSS are strictly followed, which can be a benefit to students.

Firstly, After the completion of intermediate in the MPC stream students can join our college by qualifying for the EAMCET exam, which is a common entrance exam for both medical and engineering stream students. Application for the EAMCET exam is mostly given to students by their intermediate colleges and the fee for application starts at 500 rupees and varies based on pupils' caste and their college management. Our college offers free government hostels based on reservation for SC/ST and BC Students. The admission process is EAMCET counseling held in colleges based on the dates fixed by the government and its perfectly fine.
