Entrance Preview

I took the JEE exam, scored around 180 marks. I chose Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology because i found this college has worlds best faculty members so i choose this college only.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides stipend of Rs. 8000/- during our days of stay. I think the limit has raised over the years. But the stipend would be continued after 1st semester only if you have more than 6.5 CGPA.

Placement Experience

You will be placed in a job 100%. The companies arriving are very good and internationally reputed companies. Anyways it all depends on your worth. If you could crack their interviews and have good CGPA you will be placed in a top company and you will be settled in life.

Campus Life

The Regupathy Saroja Auditorium, is newly constructed, furnished with digital surround sound system, and is fully air-conditioned. It is a highly sophisticated hall, which can hold up to 1400 students. This auditorium adds feathers to our cap. There is another auditorium in the Engineering block, which can accommodate up to 500 students.

Hostel Facilities

KVCET has an ultra-modern gymnasium with high-tech equipment like digital electronic treadmills have been added to the impressive setup. The new Gymnasium is a fine recreational facility with a fully equipped weight-training section and a team of qualified Trainers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I got a reserved seat in this college via TN Engineering Counselling. I've applied for many other colleges but this is the one I got. The admission process is very simple, If you're a reservation student, you can take the allotment paper and meet staffs at the admission cell and they will handle the rest.
