Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for this course as I have a great inclination towards getting a knowledge of how the economic activities happen around us, the faculty of the college is quite humble and well educated, most among them has the qualification of Ph.D.

Internships Opportunities

Recently Paytm visited our campus and offered a lucrative managerial post to one of my seniors, mostly offers are related to technical and managerial roles. projects are solo depend on the nature of the courses.

Placement Experience

students can participate in the campus placement from their 2nd last semester, and on a regular basis, MNCs visit our campus for a regular interval of times to recruit eligible candidates, last year campus place was 92%.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such provision for hiking the fees as the college follows the govt policies regarding to fees and other monetary transactions. There are various govt scholarships have been applied on campus for the candidates who are seeking help.

Campus Life

We have a central library here, which has more than 30000 plus books and different journals and research papers, than help students and teachers to develop dynamic thoughts, we have in campus cafe, gym, and sports complex.

Admission

easy and hassle-free and the eligibility and the course are 12th class I found the application form online and the application was too nominal compared to other colleges the best part of this college is that it follows all the government reservation norms for admission.

After 1st year the student are eligible for placement there are lot of companies visited like Reliance,Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, TOI, and the minimum package is 4 lakh and the maximum package is 30 lakh approximately 85 percent students are placed

Dev bhoomi uttarakhand University from my experience

Placement Experience:

As I am a bba student and I have 3 year of course duration so students starts doing internship from 2nd year and. Placements aree provided from 3 year. By college The highest page goes of 12 lpa in bba and average goes of 5lpa . Approx 80% students get placed .I am planning to do my masters afterwards. Major companies like Amazon and many more visits to our college

Placement are not sure i am beacuse i am in second year i think the students who maintain attendence and good cgpa can sit ik placement companies also students have to do internship before placement drives

P&G, Jyothi Laboratories and many such companies and even technology companies are also some which comes for placements. However I have plans for further studies so I won't be applying for job otherwise placement as high as 12lakhs have been provided by our campus.

At Shivalik like we have been advised to find internships from each semester here on. So after internship the CV building and skill building training are provided. It is amazing to know that many reputed and well established names such as Windlas Biotech and RR Cable have started coming to our campus and hiring students as junior managers at a salary of 4 lakhs or so.

Windlas Biotech, Rice Mills and likewise many other companies that operates in Uttarakhand are the ones that offered placements. Also, other companies such as HUL, P&G and other FMCG and Capital Goods companies are also coming for placements here.

My College, my review !!

I decided to take admission in Noida Delhi side. As they're known for colleges. I did apply to some colleges too. Got calls from there also. I filled out the registration form. But then I got to know about haridwar university. It's in uttarakhand. So I feel that this is better that city side. Coz I like to be in nature and this place is accordingly. There is no such examination for admission. They take admission on the basis of 12th marks. You should ve 60% or above for the admission....Read More
