My college KEC

I chose the computer science branch as my placement was high and also my personal choice was there. The faculty is helpful I live in a hostel and they used to come to a hostel and clear our doubts at night and stay there in the hostel only. Most of the faculty are Ph.D. and pursuing Ph.D. All are post-graduated. 2 class tests and one pre-University test used to happen. Ct consists of 2 chapters and put consists of 5 chapters. Ct is moderate and put is moderate to high.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. I am in my 6th semester right now and companies started approaching from now. A few companies which come for campus placement are Nagarro, Infosys, TCS, saraka solution, Chayos, etc. Mostly every student gets placement few who opt for the GATE didn't sit in placement. I will also sit in college placement.

There ís no fee hike since I have taken admission to the college. The fee is 90947 per year and the hostel fee is 74500 for 2 seaters. I also got the scholarship each year and it comes to around 55000. Last year also I got 64000 as my scholarship which is a big relief for the middle-class family.

The annual fest happens once a year around in may month. Tech fest also used to be organized and there is also a tech society named IEEE. I have also taken participation in the Debate competition. The library has more than 19000 books of a wide variety. I have also represented my college in athletics. There is also a group that conducts dance, Mimicry, group dance, singing, etc.

I applied through the UPTU EXAM paper was moderate and I got 260 marks out of 500, reservation was there for obc and sc/St. I also got a fee waiver seat in the college. My rank was 19000 and my obc rank was 5000 approx.
