Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the course because I have a great interest in engineering in this particular domain and this course provides great opportunities for an interesting carrier in Today's era. Overall this is a good course to be done by students.

Internships Opportunities

The university demands an Internship certificate in semesters 5th and 7th. So college has done internships mandatory for all students. Too many companies come here for internships. Students can search for Internships on their self also.

Placement Experience

This college provides 100 percent placement, not a single good student remains without placement. After the 6th semester companies visits the college like TCS Wipro Capgemini Accenture etc. TCS is the major recruiter of the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees can be increased after two to three years but that hike is very negligible. Apart from tuition fees college takes library fees, exam fees, and other fees which are for ID cards dress, and all that things.

Campus Life

College life is very good there, the environment is very good faculties are very supportive every year tech fest happens and this fest comes with a lost of fantastic experience. College has a great playground where various types of games happen.

Admission

Candidate should have a 70 percent minimum in class 12th. Admission opens just after JEE mains exam. Candidate should have a good ranking in the JEE mains for admission as a good branch of engineering is required.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Choosing a college is a major decision, and for many students OIST Bhopal, the choice often comes down to abalance between legacy, regional repution, and practical constraints. Students typically compare OIST with other top private colleges in Madhya Pradesh such as LNCT or VIT Bhopal. My rank falls in the 1.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh range, OIST becomes a primary choice. It offers the same RGPV degree as the government colleges but with a more structured trainig program for private placements. The admission process is centralized and follows the guidelines of the Directorate of Technicial Education(DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Qualifying exams: 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics(PCM). Minimum Marks:45% aggregate in 12th Accepted Exams:JEE Main is the primary and most preferred exam. OIST Bhopal is an outstanding institute!

Admission are through 12th socre and entrance scores too matters. In 12th for General Category students 60% is mandatory and for OBC a minimum of 50% and for SC/ST students it's 50%. Post which as per the seats the cut-offs are announced and final admission happens....Read More
