- Exposure is very good as the campus is crowded
- Central library is pretty good and most of the books are available and there's a seperate room for reading
- Many clubs are also available like data science club and many workshops are conducted
Dislikes
- Attendence issues is the worst even if you're just a minute late before entering the gate you'll be marked absent
- Some of the faculty members are also very rude
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good and there's one foreign language is also provided as a mandatory subject. There are many foreign languages like german, french, Arabic, Spanish and Sanskrit. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders. There are midterm exams after 2 months of the semester starting and end-term exams are conducted after 4 months of the semester. The difficulty level of exams was a bit average but most of my classmates passed exams without having any back log.
Placement Experience
After the 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements and many popular companies visit campus different companies have different eligibility procedures for sitting for interviews. Some of the students go further studies and some start their start-ups and some of them apply for jobs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is different for the morning and evening batches like 2lkh/sem for the morning batch and 1lkh/sem for the evening batch. scholarship is also available on the basis of the 12th percentage and on jee mains score. There's a 5% increase in fees after each year.
Campus Life
Exposure is very good at Amity University and there are a lot of clubs like the data science club, artificial technology club, dance and singing club, grooming club and many more. The library is also good most of the reference books are available there but the only issue is with the due date as books are issued for only 2 weeks and you have to get them reissued after 2 weeks and there's a 5rupees/day fine after the due date. The sports club is also good like kabaddi, cricket, basketball and table tennis. Debating committees are also available.
Admission
Eligibility for morning batch: class (10 and 12) with PCM 70% min. For evening batch: class 12 with PCM min. 60% ( Non sponsored category) The application form is available on the website ( amity.edu) The admission process is totally fine. There's a huge fee difference in the morning and evening batches for 1-semester fee for the morning batch is 2lkh/sem and for the evening batch is 1lkh/sem.
