The course that I chose has a great demand in the industry as that too from this well-known university creates a huge impact on it. The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:20. And the majority of faculties are having their PhD and many are pursuing it. Apart from it, they have immense knowledge of their field and are highly efficient to solve any of our doubts. The way how faculty teaches is very unique and depends upon various practical basis. The exams are even conducted at regular intervals like within 1.5 months and the question asked is also based on practical knowledge and application based.

There are various companies that provide internship opportunities like Motorola Solutions, Celebal Inc, etc. Apart from it, various in-house research projects with the faculties also have a huge significance and provide an immense experience and significance in the resume.

A student in the 7th semester can avail of placement opportunities, apart from it, in the 4th and 6th semesters, there is an internship program during the summer vacation. There are plenty of companies visiting our campus like TCS, Jeavo, Creat, Intuitive, etc. And all of them provide some huge opportunities to the freshers. The highest package was 12 LPA by Jeavo and the average package is around 6 to 6.5 LPA. Almost 60 to 70 % of students opt for placements in our college. I have also the same plan, I will go for placements only.

There is a committee that regulates the fee hike and if really affordable. Apart from it, there are plenty of scholarship opportunities that act as financial aid. The college provides assistance in availing all the government scholarships and they even have their own university scholarships which help the student in all the ways possible. The campus placements are damn good and the average CTC is increasing drastically.

The annual fest i.e. Spoural is conducted in the month of March and the tech fest i.e. Cognizance is conducted in the month of September. There is a huge library with plenty of books embedded in it. All the classrooms are well facilitated. Each and every classroom are having AC, Projector, and other such requirements. In labs as well, the machines are well-updated and all of the are in working condition. There are various Sports activities going on the whole year like Charusat Premier League for Cricket, Volleyball, etc. There are various student clubs like AISEC, IEEE, and GDSC which helps in various forms of growth of a student. At last, as a student, it is an amazing experience to be a part of this college.

As this is engineering, there are various competitive exams conducted like JEE Mains, and GUJCET(For Gujarat). So, there is a 50% 12th Board percentile consideration and 50% GUJCET percentile consideration to be on the merit list. Then there are 3 ways in which one can get admitted to this college. The first, way is that they can apply to the admission governing body, ACPC and they will generate a merit list. You have to fill up this college of your choice. Then, if your merit is within the range, you will get admission. Another way is through management quota, this is the way how the college fills its other half of seats. Same as above, you have to fill out the form for management quota in that particular college, merit list will be generated with respect to the forms filled and if you are within the merit then you get admission. Another last way is through NRI Quota. I don't remember the application fees but its nominal and the dates will be announced soon on Charusat's official website.
