Review of GIBS

I chosed Bachelor's in Business Administration as i had a great interest in business and management. The faculty at Gitarattan is friendly and share a great bond with the students in solving their issues and many more things. The faculties are well qualified with PHD's and teaches in an understanding way considering student's feedback for teaching. The exams are held every 4-5 months,slightly less gap due to covid offs, The exams were not that hard,can be cleared if studied well.

Companies such as Paytm, Tech Mahindra, Lenskart offered various internship opportunities to the students to gain work experience and get an adequate stipend with proper certification for the internship. A minor project has to be prepared in the 5th semester on the internship provided after the 4th semester.

Students become eligible for campus job placements from the 6th semester, even though they are eligible for internship placements from the 4th semester. Companies like Paytm, Tech Mahindra, and Lenskart offer various opportunities to the student of our college. The highest package acquired by a student was around 450000 INR p.a. Around 87% of students get placement from the campus on a skill basis. After degree, I have decided to gain a year of work experience and then continue to pursue my master's from a well-established university.

The fee for the BBA is neither that high nor so low. The fee varies each year with around 125000 for the first year to 110000 for the second and slightly higher for the third year. I am currently in my second year so I didn't pursue any jobs on campus.

Life on campus is way more comfortable and exciting than that in other colleges usually. The annual fest of GIBS- Zenith brings so much cheerings to the students every year. The book availability is great, students are able to get the desired book from the library, and also like a blessing during exams to just go n study in peace in the college library. The classrooms are great, and well ventilated. Many sports event such as -LAKSHYA which is held every year with other college participation catches student interest. Various social groups such as FRAMES-the photography club, MUDRA-the dance club, etc contribute to every event on the college campus.

The admission process was smoother with less hassle through CUCET, The entrance exam for admission to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The application form, result, admit cards, and fee submission for the exam were available on the official website of GGSIPU. Reservation benefits are also available for ST,SC and OBC's in cut off list slight better than the general category.
