My field is electronics & Tele-Communication and I choose this field because it includes both hardware and software parts which makes it an evergreen branch. The faculty members in our branch are well qualified. Many of them are Ph.D. holders and also completed MTech as well as also qualified for the gate exam with under 1000 rank. There are 3 exams conducted in a semester: CT1 of 40 marks, CT2 of 60 marks, and the End sem Exam of 100 marks, for each subject. In end sem exam you have to score a minimum of 35 marks to pass a subject as well as you have to also pass out the practical exam. All these exams were very easy, you can easily pass out if you follow the notes and concepts provided by your subject teacher.

For internships yeah our college provides this opportunity like Infosys, IBM, and LNT, and many start-up companies are provided internships through the college. Stipend is around 10000 per month which is provided by Infosys. For an internship, we have to give an exam and on a merit basis, you can select also project-based selection is done by IBM.

In our college from 7 sem students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are visiting this college like TCS. WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, LNT, PANASONIC, TECH MAHINDRA, BYSUS, IDBI, and many companies visit here. This year campus placement is quite good highest package was 10 lacs for 10 students and the average package was 4 lacs and the minimum package was 2.5 lacs. Around 70 percent of students got placed in any company. One student cracks Google off-campus. My plans after BTech go for higher studies.

Our college provides internships and campus placement. Our college fees for 4 years are around 3 lacs which is good because in this college return on investment is good, after 4 years if you are capable you can get a good job. Also in this college for OBC, ST, and SC who is from Chhattisgarh can apply for a scholarship. My friends who are in the OBC category get a 20000 per year scholarship. I am in 2nd year now this year my senior did well in placement 10 students got 10lacs per annum by IDBI bank and one student cracked Google. So more or less this is good. And the majority of students got 4-5 lacs jobs.

Campus Life is quite good here mainly focused on study so study wise this is good. If you talk about the fest OJAS Is held in one year. Which is the annual fest of BIT durg. Also, many clubs are present here like NSS, NCC, Astro club, Hult Price, Innovation club, Bol club, Lashya club, and many more which are run by students. A very big central library is present, there were around 10000 books are present you can go and read this book. A library for the study is also present to study. Our classroom is quite decent around 90 students capacity of classrooms are here. In this college, sports facilities are provided by management a decent ground, there many sports like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, and many games are conducted. At this time a cricket tournament is organized by management, so sports and curricular activities are good.

If you want to take admission to this college there are two-way to process it by giving an exam: CGPET and JEE MAINS. If you talk about the cutoff then for CGPET under 300 to 500 and JEE MAINS more than 80 percentile then you can take admission here. You can find the application form on CGPET official website for the entrance exam. And to take admission to this college you have to enroll in counseling which is available on the cgdet website. I think no changes are required in the admission process because it is a simple process.
