I choose Mechanical Branch. There are 16 faculty members in total at the college. The most effective teaching methods, give the pupils both theoretical and practical knowledge. These are the specifics on the distribution of faculty members among institution departments. The students-faculty ratio IS 30:1.

The location of the university is good, but the chances of getting a place are not so high. Candidates who are not satisfied with the package offered in the campus interview may choose to look for a job on their own as the salary is below average.

Campus Life

No Wi-Fi, but the lab is good. Classrooms are moderate and there is no sports center. There are small indoor games for table tennis, badminton, and chess. Colleges do not have playgrounds to play outdoor games such as soccer or cricket. At the university, he has two computer labs and a Smart Room Lab.

Admission

Eligibility:- Admission is based on entrance exams administered by WBSCTE - a joint entrance exam in the first year and through VOCLET for horizontal entry in the second year. And also check jexpo exam. In the first year, the quota will be allocated based on the 100% JEXPO results list. The admission process is quite easy.

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

We college have many companies like tata motors, cumming company, dana limites, spices limited, Ashok Leyland. Mahindra. L and t company and much more high package is 3.5 lakh per annum aur department students got 90 per cent placed. I have been placed in tata motors which gives me 3.2 lacs per annum. My plan is to do b tech at Jadavpur University.

Overall a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of the diploma course. Most companies like Wipro TCS visit our college. The average package is 5 lahks and 90 percent of students got placed in every branch.

Best start for a professional life

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester semester students became eligible for campus drive recruitment. And college also started campus drive. As i earlier mentioned that campus drive are not that much satisfying at all during 2012-2014. I was passed out at 2014 & in my time there's only one company came for civil engineering branch except that all are IT companies. For electronics & telecommunication and Computer science student there's lots of scope at that period. Some of them got package of 3.6 lakh per annum which may be the highest package as far as i know during my days. In an average we get 2 lakh per annum package. I just set one campus drive recruitment of Printika pvt. Ltd. which recruited almost 15 civil engineer from our branch. They offered 2 lakh per annum package to all. As a percentage of placed student from my branch is almost 20%. Overall from 2014 batch it'll be 30-50%. Unfortunately i didn't placed from that placement drive as I'm planning for higher study.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campusing. Badve autotech pvt ltd. A1 fence products pvt. Ltd. Crescent foundry and so many companies are visited our campus and offerd almost every students for job.the highest package is 1.80 lpa and lowest is 1.44 lpa. There re almost 60 percent students are placed and rests are getting prepare for next campusing.My plan is doing job after completing this degree.

Actually the admission process is too great, It is very helpful.It is a well made well organised support system and the most important is the process is very simple to understand and go through.
