Course Curriculum Overview
Nowadays Pharmacy has some great opportunities, that's why I choose this course. Around 50 faculties are available. Most of the faculties have done their Masters and PhD. The teaching methods usually follow on white board and with the help of Projectors. Each week there are weekend exams and 2 mid-exam each semester. Exams difficulty is decent.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are provided by the college authorities in companies like Analog Labs. Each student has the opportunity to do projects in different pharmacy-related subjects with good guidance.
Placement Experience
Placements are available after the 7th semester on campus. Companies like Hetero, Divis Labs, Dr Reddies, Mediassist etc approach campus placement. The highest package ever came is 400000 and the average is 200000. 70% of students get placed each year with good packages. My plan is to do Master's after getting the bachelor's degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no fee hike during the course of B. Pharmacy. The college authorities always maintain the same fees throughout the course. Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme is provided by Andhra Pradesh CM Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The college provides easy student loans for students.
Campus Life
Various fests are held on campus like Pharmaphrangers as an annual fest and colours as a tech fest. College Library is quite big with various pharmacy-related books and journals. Classrooms have fans, Projector, whiteboards and benches. Various sports like cricket, football, volleyball etc and participating in singing, dancing, drawing etc are available on the campus. Women empowerment, anti-ragging, and Placement committees are available.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms have attached bathrooms, good water supply and separate study tables are provided for the individual student. Hostel meal is not enough good as they claim to be. Although they maintain vag and nonveg food for individuals. Registration can be done at any time by the students. Hoste is not that affordable for all students as they charge very high amounts.
Admission
The admission process is quite easy and can be done online by filling up the admission form through the website. The application fee is very little and can be filled out before starting every session. The process of admission is good and no need for improvements.
