Course Curriculum Overview
Nowadays pharmacy field provides many job opportunities that's why I chose this course. About 50 faculties are available in our college. All the faculties have qualifications in m pharm & some have Ph.D. also. The teaching method is good & easily understandable. Each week we have weekend exams & 2 internal exams per semester. Internal exams are not so difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are there.in companies like Analog Lab under R & D department without a stipend. Right now we are working under a project named -Standardization & evaluation of marketed herbal Formulations in the analysis department.
Placement Experience
After the 7th semester, students are available for placements. Companies like Medi Assist, TCS, Hetero, etc. visited the college. Each year 5 to 6 companies approach placements. The highest package ever claimed is 4 lakhs & the average is 2 lakhs. Most 70% of students got placed each year. After getting the degree I'm thinking about higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
No fee hike is there. Each semester's fee is 45000 & we have a total of 8 semesters. The scholarship is available through the Andhra Pradesh state govt. named - Jagananna vidya Deevena provided by the chief minister -Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy sir. The college provides zero-balanced bank accounts for students.
Campus Life
Pharma passengers are celebrated as an annual fest & with colors as a tech fest in the month of November & march. All kinds of books & journals related to the pharmacy are available in the college library. Whiteboard, projector, good lighting, fans & branches are available in the classroom. Sports like football, cricket, basketball, chess, etc., and extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, and drawing are held by the college The sports club is present and come committee like anti-raging, and placement committee is present.
Admission
Science group with 60% in class 12. Application forms can be found on the college's website. Application fees are very minimum & affordable. The application starts between the months of July-August every year. The admission process is easy no need for improvement.
