College where every individual is transformed in aspiring architects

Mainly having an interest in the design and construction field I chose to make a career in b.arch. A good faculty-to-student ratio is maintained as 1:10 is the usual ratio. So every student gets personal attention and guidance from the faculty. All the faculty members are master's degree holders also most of them have their doctorates. The teaching method is also very student oriented. 75% attendance is mandatory to give the exam.

Generally speaking, the internship program is up to the students they can apply to any companies of their wish. Also one can take internships anywhere he wants. There are no such restrictions on where and in which companies to take internships. And also stipend is solely based on the respective company and your quality of work and experience. The college also refers to internship companies such as ETHOS.

As the college is around 31 years old it has great potential in placements also some very renowned alumni architects are working on national and international projects is a helping hand. Generally, in the last year, placements are offered. All the students generally get placement through college. The average package is 240000.

The fees for the first year are 125000. As for my batch also the fees generally are less in the last year than in the first year. Fees hike are generally around 5% for the fresh batch. Also in some cases part payment or payment in instalments. Also, the payment method is through the official college website only. No cash transactions are available. No scholarships are offered at the college level but there are personal scholarships available outside. Also for EWS ( economically weaker section) fees can manage at the college level.

The university campus is located in the prime location of the city and with 90 acres of extent. The college campus is also a very huge and calm space where students can concentrate on their design. All the necessary materials and supplies are within the reach of 1 km. There is a yearly cultural festival organised by the campus. In which all students have a ball of time. Also, extra curriculum activities are included in cultural festivals and the overall educational year. Activities such as sports matches, alumni talks, master classes, and exhibitions are organised.

Eligibility criteria are 12th having PCM with 50% as aggregate marks. And NATA examination cleared. Application forms are available on the college website as well as in physical in the college a team will guide you through the process. Application form fees will be charged around 500 Rs. Applications open roughly in April. No major reservation-based benefits are offered.
