The events like college fest and tech fest are grand in my college
The availability of books in library are good

The are of the campus was not so large as compared to other college
The management does not allow us to participate in the extracurricular activities like sports
The facilities of hostel was not so good and the qualiy of food was not upto the level

I have chosen this course because future development is based on electrical and electronics. The faculty and student ratio are good on campus. The qualification of the faculty is good because each and every teacher has more than one degree. The exams at my college were conducted two times a year and it was easy to pass.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is somewhat high but as compared to other colleges the cost of study at Chennai institute of technology is quite good. The name of the scholarship is Parthasarathy which was run by the college chairman it has some special opportunities and helps the student financially.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest was Takshasila and the tech fest was named impulse which was conducted in the month of march and April. The availability of books and journals is good in our library. The college does not show importance in extracurricular activities like sports. There are many social groups in our college.

Admission

The eligibility is the cutoff should be more than 110 cutoffs. The application forms are available on the internet. There are special categories of reservations. The admission process should be somewhat quicker because it was a large process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

We have plenty of placement opportunities starting from 6th semester. The noteable companies that visit the campus are Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, etc. IT company placements are better. The average package is 4.25 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.
