Pros: high standard campus life, better and educated crowd, good placement opportunities. Cons: College management sometimes behaves as non-cooperative for students, specially in terms of mess food and college events.

AIEEE(JEE-Mains) Rank- 33686 Reason for opting- Better placement opportunities. Average package is more than 4lpa with almost 100% placement for eligible students.

Overall focused on IT curriculum. Even, being in ECE, got opportunities to learn atleast 1 CSE course every semester. C, Data Structures, Java, SQL etc will be there semester wise. Even, if you have interest in coding, you can choose big-data etc. As optional subjects in your 4th year.

For internship/industrial training at the end of 3rd year, one has to look for options either through interviews or through alumni.

For CSE- great placement opportunities. More than 50 companies visit including Amazon, Innovacer, Deloitte, Infosys, Cognizant, Novo-Invent, SAP and several established start-ups. For ECE- get equal chances to sit for many of these firms, but your coding skills must be excellent. Also, Ericsson for telecom profile.

One Cultural Fest, held in the month of Febb/March named Impressions. 2 day event, but quality degrading year by year. They are dealing with cheaper artists now. There are several hubs which conducts events throughout the year like Robotics, Painting, Parola Hub(literary), Talent Hunt, Electronics, Coding Hub(dont remember the name exactly).

Fee is getting expensive year by year. During by batch(2012-2016) academic fee was 1,30,000. And hostel fee keeps rising from 32500/semester to 50000/semester. Probably, currently(2017) academic fee is around 1,70,000 and hostel fee is around 55000/semester.

Well, JIIT offer scholarship cum education loan, where you need to pay the amount after completion of your course within 3years in small EMIs at 5% ROI.

Campus atmosphere is good. Friendly environment. Small but well managed campus with satisfactory facilities. Gender ration is almost equal or may be 60%boys and 40%girls. Cultural and technical hubs are there which conducts several events throughout the year. As far as sports are concerned, this is the weakest point of this institute. No ground, no proper badminton court. Only basketball and TT facilities are good.

Facilities provided were good. You can acces gym, swimming pool, 10pm-4am AC works in hostel. Rest in classrooms/labs, AC was there also. Infrastructure is good for both hostel and classrooms. But mess food taste quality keeps degraded every year. Several attempt are being made to checl food quality and taste, hope they works.

Yes, alumni network is helpful in terms of projects, internships, job interview and party too!!! As many are from Delhi/NCR, so its easy to reach out to them anytime.

Internal exams only divided into 3 exams(75) and teachers assessment marks(25). Test1 20 marks 1 hour Test2 20 marks 1 hour Test3 35 marks 2 hours Internal assessment(attendance, assignment, behaviour): 25 marks. Attendance is something which you need to maintain if you are in JIIT.

Filled form available on www.jiit.ac.in, around February. Counselling held on basis of AIEEE ranking. Better to opt for CSE/IT in Noida sector 62 campus, or ECE can also be a good option. I'll suggest to prefer CSE/IT over ECE either in sector62 campus or sector 128 campus.

Theoretically- Very Good. Practically- Good. Most of the faculties are either PG from IITs or PhD. For CSE, you need to put some extra effort by yourself as no one will push you. And if you don't, then you may have to suffer as competition would be tough.
