The Hidden Knowledge in the Depth of College

This college is Totally who believe in the system others need to try hard to get results. Attendance issues are only to be entertained till 2nd year by college after that flexibility is provided. The college is great for those who wish to study for post graduation. The college has a lot of resource and support staff for the students who believe in research.

I attempted For Jee-Mains 2014,I scored 132 out of 360 and got 83% in CBSE 12th Board.On the basis of 60-40 weightage I applied for the state counselling where i got one of the choice for SVITS CS ,I opted it because it is one of the renowned college of the city and its better student-faculty relationships which is the most important for the student to gain knowledge .

The Course Curriculum is not so good ,as it contains many subjects which need to get their syllabus redesigned because of new technological enhancement and some are totally not of use as the college don't have enough resources for them.Hence The course curriculum need to be changed . For Research Our college provides a good support rather in resources and funding. We have IEEE,CSI chapter and atomic lab etc with all the required infrastructure.

No ,Our College Currently has not taken interst in either providing Internship and rather allowing students to take Internship from outside

The Placements for the last batch were average.Around 40-50% were placed in on-campus placement else were left to try for the open campus in other colleges. The Company with highest salary was Systango with a salary package of 5.15 Lakhs per annum. On an average 3.25 was the salary offered and 2.25 was the lowest one to be offered. The companies which visited to campus were- 1.Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) 2.Systango 3.Impetus(Cleartail) 4.Yash All the students were offered the post of either a "programmer" or "Software Tester". Around 10 students were able to make position in the internships offered by MNC's. Else were made to get internship by an instructor hired by college The Stipend was from(1000-4,500)

The fee structure is feasible when it comes for the private colleges. But the facilities provided are not as per the mark and too limited. The overall Bachelor of Engineering course can be completed in around 4 Lakhs in these college without any scholarship. In a year there are some auspicious events where we are privileged to get industry exposure.

No,College doesn't provide any scholarship for meritorious students. Some scholarships are provided by state and central government which most of the students opt for on the basis of there credits. Loan facility is available for every student via nationalised banks on the basis of admission letter of college.

The college has well arranged labs,library with all the requirements for proper working inside them. Wifi facility is restricted for faculties only. Sports is restricted till badminton,table tennis,basketball and volleyball. There is lack of availability of sports equipment. The quality of Labs is very good. But Classrooms have a projector with a large space and well furnitured. Quality of food is average. Hostel Rooms are so-so. No,The infrastructure is well setup because it is at a very nice geographical position.

The hostel rooms are neither too dirty nor so clean.The hostel charges are feasible to pay but the detachment of hostel being in a different location from college campus makes worry much for lack of educational resources nearby. Yes, They are helpful for placement and post graduation perspectives. Alumni's always like to bring more industry exposure for us by making frequent industry experts visit to our college possible . Senior students too are very helpful and generous for students guidance who have just stepped into the new world of engineering .

Exams are like chilling out as the exams are as per the schedule of the university calendar. Labs are regular whereas it becomes very much hectic if we miss one of the labs to grasp the left topics explained in the lab. The college is great for those who wish to study for post graduation. I got the admission by the Mp online counselling ,which was governed by the state board. After registering there ,I filled the choices of colleges and branches in order of high priority to low. After The First Round I got Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology & Science (CS). And Quickly without waiting for further rounds I took admission in the college and reserved my seat.

Some Faculties are very very helpful and match to there qualifications.But there are some to who have qualifications required for being faculty but don't hold Knowledge and teaching skills. The Teachers at one side try to build concepts on Topics in Syllabus but the thing which creates a problem is the begin with simple things.As we know concept building requires time so it end in leaving 3 units in hand which left untouched after the session end .student to faculty ration is 1:15. Yes,in a year there are some auspicious events where we are privileged to get industry exposure. Yes ,the curriculum is successful.
