student friendly college

College management is good enough. they are quite supportive and always work for the betterment of the students.

I gave IIT JEE mains. i scored 65 marks. I opted for this college because keeping my merit into account i couldnt find a better college in my locality and the college faculties and administration is really helping and friendly. Atmosphere of college is competitive and inspiring.

its really industrial oriented. all faculties are well qualified and expert in their teaching areas.. the syllabus is simplified and to the point compared to other state boards. also the subjects are distributed in well mannered and sequentiallly. it helps students to build confidence and gain the knowledge and expeirience step by step so as to get successful later in their field.

no the college doesnt provide internships but yes they can recommend to some organisations given the student is performing well in academics and well disciplined.

talking about placements, many companies visit this college every year seeking for excellent candidates. some of them are harley davidson, tcs, L&T, and many more. here package generally ranges from 3 lakhs to 10 lakhs per annum depending upon the compamy, post, and the students calibre.

lj institute celebrates a wide number of events. navratri, kite festival, huge variety of technical events, also the some major days like teachers day, engineers day etc. there are some special days too such as formal days, traditional day, childhood day, mismatch day which are concentrated on the attires of students.

The fee structure is feasible for majority of students. but the administration offers scholarships too for under privilege students. yearly fees in engineering department is 70 thousand rupees as its a private college. so around 35 thousand rupees per semester which includes library fees.

The college currently doesnt offer scholarships to students here but it does offer students undergoing dual degree programme.

campus life is amazing. the college has like numerous gardens spread across the departments. also different parking areas for particular departments. it also has a basketball court. Gender ratio is 50:50 overall in all departments but varies by small or minor factors in each departments.. there are so many extra curriculars in thre college. debate dance singing trivia tech events like robotics and sports events like basketball football etc. they are always exciting.

there is no hostel facility provided by the college. but the management is working on it. the college does have the food facilties. the college canteen offers healthy food under affordable rates to all students irrespective of the departments. it also offers discount on paying for food on monthly basis in advance.

the alumni network visits whenever they get to visit the city. they are always active on social networks like facebook. Seniors are ofcourse always helpful. they share their experience both their mistakes and strategies and their success in exams and academics and even jobs.

Exams here are here occuring on weekly basis. also there are 2 mid semesters which prepares the student thoroughly for the GTU external examinations. exams are not that much burden here on the students. infact they are a combination of simple and complex questions. to help build the confidence of the student as well as to put him in a challenging environment so as to make him ready for the tougher exams. labs are fun as students always are enthusiastic.

well i got here in management quota. as i wasnt getting my desired field in this college but it was worth it totally. though i was getting admission in other field on the basis of merit list. it was on the 3rd round here that i got here. well first i was shortlisted for other colleges too but they were far away from the city and due to personal and family reasons i couldnt get there.

all of the faculties of my college ljiet are well qualified and hard working motives for their students. they always try to teach in a manner that is suitable for all students whether they are slow or fast learners. As engineering is field where advancements keep taking place everyday, the teachers here always keep their students updated about the field advancements.
