Course Curriculum Overview
Doing this course (mbbs) helps you to be in a noble profession that is a doctor with a good earning of money and respect as well. And proceedings mbbs from one of the top government colleges of the state is itself a privilege. There are 250 students in each batch. Exams and curriculum are according to the NMC.
Internships Opportunities
After completion of 4.5 years of course we have to serve 1 year in the affiliated hospitals as an internship where we get the stipend fixed by the state government. After mbbs we can give neet pg for further specialization.
Fees and Financial Aid
For general category boys total college fee for a year is around 1 lakh( including admission fee, security fee, sports fee, etc). There are certain fee exemptions for Sc, St, EWS and Girls. During the course, you wouldn't get any stipend, during the internship you will get a stipend as given by the state government.
Campus Life
"Spandan" the cultural fest of Dr SN medical College jodhpur is a much-awaited fest as medical students of this college, as well as other colleges, wait for this to happen. This fest occurs in the month of April or May and is a 7-day fun. The library contains all the required books and also there is a reading room where students can study. The sports culture of this college is great as it has grounds for cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, kabaddi, etc and a swimming pool too
Admission
You can get admission to this college by clearing neet ug examination with good marks. The cutoff range of this college varies depending on the competition and is increasing every year. Reservation benefits are there during the entry-level cutoff and in fees as well.
