Overall good college. The facilities are excellent and the campus is beautiful. Vit is truly a home away from home

I took the VITEE exam and scored 98. my brother is also a pass out from this college which helped me pick this college.

The course is very adaptive and is focused on project-based learning. The course is divided into 2 types University core- which students regardless of the branch have to complete Program core-which all students of any particular branch have to complete

The college does not provide internships but does accept any company/startup for internship completion

The placement rates are extremely high with good packages. Many companies such as Wipro TCS tata tech Mahindra texas instruments nvidea johnson and johnsons etc regularly place students every year with average salary packages of 5-6 lakh. Many dream and super dream companies like oracle amazon eBay PayPal also recruit top students every year

Gravitas which is the technical event held in September is very big where many technical workshops and seminars are held. Many clubs promote their product and club. Riviera which is the cultural event is full of concerts from famous artists and there are many fun games and food stalls set up.

An education loan is provided if the family is not so well to do and the student is promising. I don't know the exact details of the scholarship but students are also sent to conferences if the work is up to the Mark

Campus life is very good even though the rules are a bit strict. The time of the hostel is 9 30. The sex ratio depends on the brach you take with comp science having highest and mechanical having lowest. There is no discrimination on the basis of caste or sex All are equal and we all are friends There are many teams and cultural societies..I think more than 200 teams are there which you could be a part of.

Hostels are clean and well maintained. Men's hostel especially is divided into 15 blocks with ample green gardens and playing area Gtm squash table tennis Swimming pools are one of the facilities. Mess food like any other college is not that great. But the service staff are friendly and are open to suggestions.

Seniors are extremely helpful in all the ways and there are no scenes of ragging on the college campus. The seniors give you books and any other study material that you may require.

Two mid seems called CAT 1and 2 are held over a span of 3 months with a months gap between them. They are of 50 marks each totaling up to 100 marks Then we have 3 digital assignments worth 30 marks which we upload on the university websites We have lab term end exam worth 100 marks Finally, we have our FAT EXAM which is basically the term end exam worth 100 marks

Based on your exam rank, counseling is held in batches and you are asked to choose your preferred branch if available. Based on your rank you are split into categories and called on different dates... As all colleges, the seats are based on ranks and the fee structure is divided on basis of the categories

Almost all the faculties are graduates from prestigious colleges with many of them having a master's or even a doctorate degree.. They are very knowledgeable and learned. They are also very helpful for doubts and we can also pursue research projects under them
