Course Curriculum Overview
Wanted to become a doctor in the physiotherapy field. There are 20 faculty members and 50 student capacity per batch. The faculties are Ph.D. and Masters degree holders. Exams are conducted on a time basis and they are well conducted.
Internships Opportunities
BC Roy pediatrics Hospital, Sealdah ESI hospital, Amri hospital, Woodland Hospital, Bell View Clinic, and IPGMER Hospital are the centers where we'll be doing our internship. A total of 6 months of rotational internship.
Placement Experience
Placement occurs after passing the final BPT examination and completion the 6-month rotational internship. About 60% of students got placements. And I am also seeing myself in a good hospital after passing.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are moderate. There are many scholarships like Swami Vivekananda, OASIS, National Scholarships, etc. The internship is for 6 months after passing the final BPT examination. There is a rotational internship in 6 hospitals.
Campus Life
The name of the annual fest is Achelois and it is conducted in December. There are plenty of books in the library and the atmosphere is student-friendly. Annual sports are performed during the time of intra-college competition.
Admission
Admission is through the JENPAS UG examination conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Board. The exam is conducted every year after the result declaration of higher secondary. The syllabus of the exam is biology, chemistry, and physics equivalent to the 10+2 level.
