- For maintenance of discipline the fine implementation is a little more.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because it's a good ROI even for an average student like me. The ratio in the CS course is approx. like 4:1. The faculty is good but a few of the faculty despite being knowledgeable and sometimes fail to deliver the exact knowledge. Otherwise, every faculty is qualified more than enough. For each semester there are 3 assignments with 10 marks each, 2 class tests with 30 marks each, and a pre-University exam with 100 marks, and then the university exam with 100 marks. Every exam is not very difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
I am in my third year now, and some students have got 1.3 lakhs per month internships at Microsoft each. Although I have been able to work my part-time jobs pretty well. But the attendance criteria made it a little difficult though.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, you're eligible for placement or internships. And the placement percentage has been above 90% for 3 consecutive years of college. And the number of job offers is more than 100%. My plan was to get a proper plan to get placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees aren't increased on the 4-year program but each year the new freshers have to give an incremented fee. But, the good thing is that the scholarship is good. I didn't apply for a scholarship as my mother is a government official. But, the other students have got a good amount.
Campus Life
Ignitia is the annual fest of the college. Multiple sports and club events are organized from time to time. The Library is damn good as it has a lot of books. Every sport is there except Cricket. The amenities are the best part of the college.
Admission
The eligibility is pretty simple you need to have more than 65% in your 12th. The college offers admission through mains, aktu exam as well as direct admission. You do get a reservation and scholarship benefits quite attractively. The admission process is cool and all but the management needs to work more on their fine behalf.
Interview Experience
I faced a GD on my first day of college. But, I was somewhat comfortable in English and also had some speaking experience so I did well in that. But for admission, an interview (online) is taken which is quite good. Very basic preparation is needed for these interviews.
