Remarks

NO. I'm satisfied with everything that has happened during the course of my 2 years.

Entrance Preview

This was not a regular course, in fact evening college. Therefore, the entrance examination was not required for this particular course. There was a formal interview before the admission to evaluate the candidate for eligibility. I secured 55% aggregate. This college and this particular course enabled and gave me the flexibility to work and study.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

This course helped me develop my management abilities and also financial knowledge during the course of my tenure in the college. The kind of project development help develop our technical abilities and also the format in which we have to prepare the projects and presentations.

Internships Opportunities

No. Since we were part of evening or part time college system. There was no option of internship. But the faculty had very minimal selected students.

Placement Experience

0.5

There is no option of getting placement opportunities for the evening batch. Unlike the regular batch had very good opportunities to select from the variety of companies that visit this college. The evening college batch were not applicable to take the placement benefit.

College Events

4

There were several events during the course of 2 years in the college. The most memorable was the college day. It had all set of events which also helped students to participate and give their contribution. With this every student would participate and give a success to the event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As I said, the fee structure is different from that of regular batch. Since I was part of evening batch, the fee was affordable considering the kind of goodwill Christ college holds. It is just the 10% of what the regular batch had paid. Which we had to pay.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no option of getting scholarship/loan facilities for the evening batch. Unlike the regular batch had very good opportunities to select from the variety of companies that visit this college. The evening college batch were not applicable to take the benefit.

Campus Life

4.5

I would rate good in this section as well. there is no gender bias and they have equality for all sort of students irrespective of any course. There was no inequality in terms of other countries students unlike other college have disputes between the local and international students.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I was not part of hostel facility in that college, however, I utilized the mess food sometime. I would rate this college in terms of facilities and canteen a good rating. All the classes and the campus has been clean. The hostel facility exist but I have no idea about the services they provide.

Alumni/Alumna

No.. The seniors have been very helpful, but only terms of curricular activities. When it comes to studies, they never help us.

Exam Structure

The exam structure was good. We had regular classes and also we had extra classes in case the syllabus was not covered before the start of examinations. The project work was extensively covered by the faculty and also they had full support for all the students.

Admission

There was a formal discussion before the admission to evaluate the candidate for eligibility of the particular course. The principal asked about the prior education curriculum and about the projects I dealt during my bachelors degree. Since Christ college is the brand of good colleges in Bangalore, they also focused on the English communication.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty was not as good as the regular MBA course in Christ College. However, considering the time they did cover the syllabus and also ensure we have the better understanding of the subject. I would give the faculty the best marks in case of project and presentation method.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time.
