Course Curriculum Overview
Nit Warangal is one of the top colleges in India and comes in tier 1 college. Getting a sit-in at this college is the dream of millions. There's a ratio of 1:20 between faculty and students. All faculties are the best faculty in India. Nit Warangal is the most strict college in all iits and nits getting a good grade is difficult and this is the best thing. Companies always say about the talent produced in this college.
Internships Opportunities
Almost all top companies came to nit warangal placement drives like Amazon, Microsoft, Deshaw, uber, Salesforce, Oracle, and many more for sale, data analysts role in their company. They give internships also in 3rd year of your graduation.
Placement Experience
Talking about placements, that is cache, Cse avg package in 2023 is 32 lakhs per annum so u can rate about college avg package as 15 lakhs per annum. Almost 95 per cent of the total students placed with a pretty good package. The highest package this year is 88 lakh and the lowest is 6.5 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is around 65k for one sem but you can avail scholarship if you are below five lakh family income. If u are from sc/st then there is no tuition fee for u. Hostels are mandatory for everyone and there is no scholarship for them.
Campus Life
Many fests happen in college every year two big fests are cultural fest and technical fest. These are the main fests of college other than ganesh puja, Saraswati puja, and many more celebrated in the college. Overall every month u will get fests. A central Library is there on the campus which is one of India's biggest libraries. Sports activities are avg on campus. It depends on u if u are interested then everything is there for u.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels facilities at NIT Warangal are very good.There are different hostels for students of different years. ULTRAMEGA HOSTEL (1.8k) It is alloted to the students of the first year(Both B.Tech and M.Tech).It accomodates about 1800 students. It has single rooms for M.tech students and B.tech students max. two per room and has a Gym,Table tennis room,Coffee shop and Snacks corner inside. It has 8 lifts and also two badminton courts in the lawn. It is a 10 floor building and there are T.V. rooms in the alternate foors.
Admission
Eligibility is 12th passed with 75% minimum in pcm and jee mains qualified. We can find the application form from nta website. The exam holds twice a year first from Jan to Feb and second from April to May in online mode. Reservation in the admission process is as pf govt rules. Admission is done through jossa counselling.
