The campus is very big and is well structured.

Majority of the students speak local language which is a major problem for north Indian students
The infrastructure is not that good as compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is updated and as per New Education Policy. The faculty are well qualified in their specific fields and are very supportive. The faculty: student ratio is 8:120. Three internal exams are held for the students and one external exam per semester. The exam is quite moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for this course is 100000 per annum and hostel fees is 77000 annually. The scholarship is provided to students with poor financial background and have decent grades in the semester. Karantaka Students can also avail government scholarship through online state portal.

Campus Life

The annual fest is conducted every year in the month of June with lots of activities. The college has central Library which contains books for the students of all the departments. The classrooms are well equipped with projectors and computers.

Admission

The student should pass 12 standards with a science background with maths as a mandatory subject. Admission forms can be availed through the college website and through the college administration office. Some Seats are reserved for Karnataka students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus selection. A lot of companies visit like Bosch, Amazon, Flipkart, aequs, and many more. Around 40% of students get placements in the visited companies. My plan is to start a business by own.

The College Life Of A Bangalorean

CET was the criteria for me choosing my college. I wrote CET and based on that I got a seat in KNSIT and hence when CET placements for colleges were going on i choose KNSIT. KNSIT was near to my home and the locality of the college was also good and decent hence I chose it. CET, management quota and some other quotas are the eligibility criteria to get into our college. Process is simple wrote CET and clear it and get admission into one of the engineering streams or pay more money and get a seat via management quota or normal general quota. Via CET there is a cutoff and it varies year to year based on the difficulty of the exam conducted that year other than this there's no cutoff for other admission ways. Scholarship quota also is there and some get into the college by getting some scholarship while they were studying 12th, so fees is also less for these students....Read More
