Ramaiah institute of technology is awesome for B E program

M S Ramaiah institute of technology is good and is well maintained and well deciplined campus.

I got seat in this college by writing Karnataka CET. I got 5000+ rank and my quota is GMR. Mechanical is technically better than other IT departments.

Our college is autonomous institute so that the course curriculum and syllabus is flexible. Many of the facilities are PhD holders and many authors are there in our college. They will help us in every matter and also they include us in their research activities.

Our college does not give internship within the campus. But assist the students to go to the companies and will be given a permission letter so that we can be recruited for internship.

M S ramaiah is known for placements. Every year our college creates history in placements. Many companies like hero. LNT, federal Mogul, Wipro, Infotech, Google, Infosys, GAL and many such companies visit for campus recruitment. Highest package last year was give is 50 lpa last year. On an average all the students seeking for jobs will be placed. Average pack is about 4lpa.

Our college is famous for our fest UDBHAV. It is amongst the top 3 fests of Bangalore. It will go on for at least 10 days. Cultural activities are given more encouragement so that our college team is competing in one or the other compititions. Particular Theme is followed for every fest. Kannada rajyotsava is also celebrated like fest only.

Fees structure is acceptable because the college fees is maximum upto 20000 rupees. As we head on to higher semisters the college fees is of reducing type. But the government fees that is tution fees is bit costlier. But the government is providing scholarships. Exam fees will make up only to about 1000 only.

The alumini scholarship have been given by the college. College recommend the students to take loan outside but it will not provide any funds.

Campus consists of equal ratios of boys and girls. But our department is a hardware so that 90% of the students are male but their are no harassment issues inside the campus. Workshop is facilitated in different block so that it will not disturb regular classes. All are treated equally and no politics involved in college.

Hostel is not so much costlier. It cost only about 60000 basic hostel fees. As the facilities we want the fees goes on increasing upto 150000. The hostel rooms are clean and hygienic. Bugs and mosquito sprays are been applied frequently so that the student are free from diseases.

Aluminis provide their best knowledge and share their experiences so that we can be guided in a good way. Seniors insist in a good manner what we have to do for future.

Exam structure is acceptable since ours is a autonomous institute. Internals is for 50 marks in which 30 for internal assessment test and another 20 is for our daily accessment. The majority marks can be obtained in internals itself and sem end exam will be chill. If we maintain 85% attendance and 30 marks internals we have another chance to write makeup.

First of all we have to go for CET cell for our document verification. They the user id and password have been given to access online seat selection and their only we can get admission order. Then we had to pay the tuition fees in bank and with that payment confirmation challen we had visited college for admission.

About 60% faculty members are PhD graduates. Other are in the way to obtain their graduation. They are well worsed in the subject and give 100% to the students so that we can make the better use of it. They arrange company visits and conduct technical talks.
