Likes

Studying Enviornment is the key focus in any institute. And I think we have the best enviornment
College officials are very friendly. In real principal do also keep touch with some students
Regular examination helps us to keep studying and feel like we are here to study

Dislikes

Not a very big Campus. We have a small campus
There is no hostel. We need to stay in mess and pg nearby.
Need to improve the faculty in computer science department to open MSc

Course Curriculum Overview

We basically have 2 main exams every semester. Each semester ends in 4-5 months. And in this period we have one mid-sem and one end-sem exam. Questions on exams are moderately good. If anyone attended regular classes he will easily get the answers done

Internships Opportunities

From our batch, one student got selected internship in ISER Bengaluru. Two students got internships at ISI Kolkata and I have got an internship at NIC. So this tells you about our college indeed. I would highly recommend you study here

Placement Experience

At our college, we don't have placement for subjects except for Computer Science. As this is a BSc College our course is mainly research-oriented. At the computer science department, we got off Campus placement. And that is in companies like TCS Wipro Accenture etc

Fees and Financial Aid

I as a student got Swami Vivekananda Scholarship. Many of us have got DST Inspire Scholarship. Some of the students also get free studentship from college. and we on the computer science department also get placements

Campus Life

First of all, our college doesn't have any Clubs. And I think there is no need for this too. We have a very soothing studying environment. At our Department of computer science, we have an annual tech fest organized in the month of September. and in our library, we have efficient books

Admission

As we all have got admission by attempting an Admission Test. I would like it if they provide some pyq. It would be helpful for us to be prepared. Other than that everything seems to be okay. We first need to fill up the form in online and offline mood. And that is a big opportunity for students from remote areas

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

This is a Boys college so only male students are given addmission and one is eligible to apply for MSc Mathematics and Computing if he obtains a mean percentage of 50% up to the first 5 semesters of one's BSc in mathematics with almost 30 seats on offer and reservation of seats for the OBC, SC and ST as per as the government norms.
