Here's why you should join HITAM

I grew up watching alot of movies and shows on technology and coding, hence I chose to pursue computer science and engineering. HITAM follows a mentoring process where every student is provided with an individual mentor, with whom they can discuss if they're facing any challenges and receive guidance. Faculties follow various helpful methods of teaching such as peer-to-peer learning and student mentoring which are extremely helpful. In terms of exams, we are provided practice questions and notes to study for our exams and the difficulty of passing is not so high.

Internships are offered to start from your 3rd year i.e, the fifth semester. Multiple companies offer internships across all branches. The CDC department trains students and guides them to avail the internship offer.

students are eligible for internships from their second year and companies like Goldman Sachs, Broadridge, Zen Technologies, etc offer internships across all the branches. Everyone receives a minimum of 1-2 offers and the highest can go up to six offers. The CDC department trains and prepares its students to perform well in interviews and coding rounds. I have received three offers so far of 5+ LPA.

I have had the same amount of fees for all four years and did not face any challenges as such. There are multiple govt and private scholarships provided for the students that they can easily avail and are helpful.

I have appreciated HITAM for it's campus life as the campus is beautiful and comforting. The annual fest is called ELYSIAN and it's a five day fest, consisting of sports, technical, non-technical, cultural and traditional fests. Our libraries are updated with the latest addition of books and has an online repository as well. Our college has multiple clubs such as Toastmasters, IEEE, Engineers without Borders and multiple affinity clubs for sports, music, dance, NCC and literary, etc.

I joined the college through Management in the field of Computer Science. HITAM offers multiple courses such as CSE AND Computer Science with specializations in Cybersecurity, AIML, Data Science and IOT. The curriculum is designed carefully and will teach students about the real-life application of technology. The overall admission process was easy and the members of the college were extremely welcoming.
