Course Curriculum Overview

GLA UNIVERSITY offers many courses among which Btech in cs is the most demanded course. More than 90 per cent of faculties are PHD holders. I have chosen B.Tech cs because there are many opportunities in future.

Internships Opportunities

There are many boot camps for internships like Wipro, tcs, Accenture and many more. We learn how to do work in these big multinational companies. We also provide a stipend of 2 -3k per month to the talented students and pre-placement offers

Placement Experience

Students are eligible to sit for placement from the sixth semester. The highest package offered on-campus is 32 lpa and off campus is 55 lpa from sixth-semester Major recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, CAPGEMINI and INFOSYS

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for Btech computer Science is 166000 and you get a scholarship of Rs 25000 if you score 80 per cent in the board exam and 50000 if you score 90 and above per cent in the board exam. If you score 96percentile and above you get a scholarship of 36000

Campus Life

Spandan is the annual fest and cyber nights are one of the most important tech fests at GLA University. There are many kinds of sports clubs for indoor and outdoor games. For the outdoor game, we have a cricket club, football club, basketball club etc.

Hostel Facilities

The mess food we get to eat are delicious in taste and we get something special on Sunday and Thursday. We get hot water during winter and cooled reverse osmosis water. In hostel you get mess service and hostel services like wifi facilities etc.

Hostel Fee: INR 62000 per year

Admission

One can get admission to GLA university by qualifying GLATE exam to qualify exam one must score 50 per cent in each subject after qualifying students can take admitted to various courses recently 3000 students taken admitted in cs branch

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

GLA Mathura needs to upgrade their hostels!

GLA admission test and CLAT scores both are accepted here and also students with no brainer gets admission here. The reason is university has seats like a pack of cards and any number of students can be admitted here. GLA University like many private university has its assessment test and for law it's same as CLAT.
