Nice college with great learning opportunities

The college authorities are quite cooperative and are very supportive qith the students and there is always a learning and growing environment in the campus. Overall its one of the best colleges a student can ask for.

I took JEE MAIN and scored 99 marks and cutoff was somewhat113 or so. I started searching for colleges and my search ended when I came to know that all colleges have reserved seats for students with MAINs score so I started searching for colleges near my house and there I found IPEC. It was one of those colleges which offered a learning environment with knowledgeable faculty members and nice infrastructure and top notch labs with a studious surrounding for a budding engineer.

The course and the curriculum was followed according to the AKTU university as IPEC is affiliated to it (previously known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University). Besides it regular researches are carried out and proper focus is laid upon the projects being made and as a result there are 2 such projects made by the students of IPEC which have their names in LIMCA book of records. Also the support of faculties enables students to excel in various co curricular activities too.

Talking of internships, the college provides you with all the details of where and how and when the companies are coming for internships and also prepare the students for their respective internships fields.

As of last year around 40 companies visited the campus which comprised of technical, non - technical, marketing based companies and in total there was a placement of 74% students in campus itself which is an increased figure from last to last year of 69% students being placed and the average package was of 3.5L and the highest package was of 11L offered by SAMSUNG. Overall the placement cell makes sure that each and every student holds atleast 1 job in hand.

An annual techno cultural festival by the name of UDBHAV is celebrated every year and celebrities are called for a gala night. Some of the previous visited celebrities include Harpreet kaur, Baby doll among others. Also various technical and non technical events are also conducted for students as well as faculties at regular time intervals.

The fees structure of college is an average scorer with first year fees of 1L10k and in second third and fourth year fees ranges from 1L to 1L15k. And the hostel fees start from 50k and goes on till 80k depending upon the type of occupancy you choose from.

Annually there is a scholarship programme by the University to the studios students whose parents are not working in govt sector and and have a domicile of Utter Pradesh.

Its a great experience in the campus here for its good infrastructure and quite a good gender ratio and students coming feom various regions of UP and Delhi NCR. Every religion is equally respected in the campus and all festivals are celebrated with fun and frolic with extra stress laid on extra curricular activities.

The hostel facilities for the students here are quite good. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis giving fresh essence for studying and each room os attached with a balcony for access to fresh air. There are quite a good no of rooms available in hostel for both boys and girls. Also the hostel. Mess serves hygienic and healthy food and proper care is taken of the health of the students and no compromise is done in the quality and hygiene of the food.

There is a special network created where the students seniors and the alumni are connected through their social accounts. The network is by the name of IPECAlmaCommect and we get to know about latest placement opportunities and drives taking place.

The exam structure is made according to the University guidelines with two internals of half half syllabus and one PRE University Examination of full syllabus. All of this is carried out keeping in mind there is enough time with students for its preparations and labs are synced with the theory lectures so that a balance is maintained between the two and students are relaxed.

As soon as my MAINs result was announced, I started searching for colleges near my house and there I found IPEC and filled the required forms available at the college website itself and I was called in person to submit all my documents and a week after the fees submission had to be done and there I was going to start my journey of playing with machines and codes.

All the faculty members are more than qualified for the subjects they teach and also almost all teachers hold a Ph.d degree in their respective subjects which gives an upper edge to IPEC as compared to other colleges. Apart from studies the faculty here motivates students for new ideas and research projects as well and also supports them selflessly.
