Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Science is the new demanding field that's why I opted for this course. Moreover in this college the teacher to student ration would be 1:40, Though all the faculties are well educated only some of them are able to teah properly in this college, Some of the faculties are very practical and excel in their field. Right now this college conducts internal exam in two parts precisely known as Sessional test-1 and Sessional test-2, Similarly half of the course which is 2.5Unit out of 5 comes in each examination, Gate questions are also the part of the question paper and holds a good percentage in question paper.
Internships Opportunities
The companies like Microsoft, Accenture hire with the package of 1.35 lakh 20k there are too many projects which we have to complete moreover students are pressurized to do one project in each semester.
Placement Experience
After the fifth semester, students get eligible for campus placement. on average 3-4 highest package is 44 lakhs and the lowest is 3 lpa the honest percentage would be 70%. After getting my degree I will prepare for government exams
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of the academic fee is average but hostel fees is too much considering a middle-class family,Moreover the scholarships are provided for the students who belong to the areas like Jammu and Kashmir , moreover students can also get benefited by government scholarship which depends upon the income of parents, Taking about internship there's no such promise from college authorities about the stipend and work , they just provide the names of the comapny which are hiring.
Campus Life
Campus life for boys is well and good on the other hand Girls have to face a lot of restrictions in this college. Moreover, there is only 1 major fest which is organised by the college, and if you are lucky then only you will be able to attend that since they charge around 1K for participation. The availability of books and journals is good in the library, and classrooms are good here and airy, There's a strict attendance policy so sometimes it gets hard for students to perform in other co-curricular activities. There are some of the major clubs named -Enigma, LDL, kalakrit etc
Hostel Facilities
facilities which are provided in the hostel are is a bed, study table etc, the food is good here proper meal includes pulses, cheese, starch is provided, you can totally trust them in this regard, the registration process is fair and easy, Locality, where you can take the pg, is -- Crossing republik
Admission
The admission process was through counselling and Direct. You can fill out the aktu form, basis on the rank you will get in the college, moreover, there are few seats reserved for diploma students in this college.
