Likes

We have a large campus. And I really like it so much.
We have a very good batchmates. They all are talented and supportive.
Our teachers are great. They are very friendly and kind.

Dislikes

Lack of teachers in our department. The old classrooms.
The library we have doesn't contains all the necessary books.
The college is in so much distance from my house. So I have to travel a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good. But somewhere we feel we need more and more teachers. Though our teachers teach us in a very good way. They are humble kind and also humorous. They also motivate us. And hence combined all the situations they are pretty good.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 2345 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We can get different types of scholarships according to our marks. But we don't have any placement facilities. We will not GE campus jobs. Though the course is pretty much affordable. So everyone can afford it.

Campus Life

The campus is very big. We have 2 buildings. We have a separate building for science. We have many trees on our campus. We have a football ground. We have a seminar hall. We have a large auditorium for function.

Admission

The application process is based on class 12 Mark. It's very tough to get selected for the mathematics branch because the cut-off stays very high. After application the published a merit list. Then we can admit.

Good academics with limited internship opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and well structure. It includes theory an practical subject which help in building strong basics it is useful for higher studies and future career . Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

A good government aided college

I applied for Siliguri college, Darjeeling college, Kurseong college and I get the chance of admission in these colleges. But I choose ac college over the other colleges because the college is very renowned and my department the department of botany have produced many university toppers. The admission process is simple.
