Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because since my childhood I had a great interest in mathematics. In our batch, 40 Students have been selected for this course, and the teaching method is not that good. The semester takes place every 6 months.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees, Electric fees, library fees students' health home fees, exam fees, laboratory fees, miscellaneous fees fines, and concessions all are included in admission fees also we need to fill up the examination form before the semester. Sometimes it's difficult for some students like me to pay the fees. For the whole year, I only het the SVMCM scholarship.

Campus Life

College fest which takes place in the month of January/February, and also freshers held for the newcomers by the members of the college union, small occasions like swarasti puja and Holi utsab also celebrate. A small Sports competitions are organized every year.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is based on the 12th mark. The application form is available on the college website itself. There are reserved seats for students Sc St and EWS. The admission should be based on the entrance examination instead of merit in my opinion.

The Holistic Review of an Ex-Student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Though the bachelor of science is pursued by someone who wants to research and develop some idea to help the modern world. The primary decision was to contribute to the society like the great scientists who have done so before. The curriculum provides a balanced approach of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, theoretical knowledge from classes, assignments, homeworks and exams. Practical knowledge through the different workshops that are held in the college auditorium or online with successful men of the field who are brought as guests in them, from renowned scientists to great thinkers we have met a lot of them.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

A good government aided college

I applied for Siliguri college, Darjeeling college, Kurseong college and I get the chance of admission in these colleges. But I choose ac college over the other colleges because the college is very renowned and my department the department of botany have produced many university toppers. The admission process is simple.
