Course Curriculum Overview
I adopted this course because it was required for my further studies. The faculty here are highly qualified and skilled as well as the teaching methods are also good. The faculty pays attention to almost every student. The sessional exams ( unit tests) are taken every month ( 3 sessionals a semester), viva at the end of the syllabus and at last an external exam.
Placement Experience
After the 7th sem, the placements start and the students are eligible to apply to the companies of their choice. Companies like MG, Reliance, Infosys, Adani, etc. visit the college for students every year. The highest package offered for mechanical engineers is around 10.1 lakhs Almost 80-90% of students are placed on the campus itself. My plans after the degree are to go abroad for further studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is good I would say and the cost of studying a course especially btech would be around 6.28 lakhs. The placements here are very good as many reputed companies visit the companies for placements. Many scholarships can also be grabbed by the students such as MYSY and Jindal. And for that to the college has a separate department.
Campus Life
The annual fest organized here is named 'FELICIFIC' and it is organised in the month of February or March. The books and journals are available in the library in good quantity. There are different clubs in the college such as the sports club, the reader's community, etc.
Admission
Admission process was simple. I took admission through management quota. We just need to call the college and they will provide an online form for admission process and after filling out that form 40000/- as the total amount taken and the other 38500/- was paid after the college started.
