A college setting new standards

Actually I am opting for Chartered Accountancy course and like most of the students in my field, I also chose to get a degree to become a graduate. As course of B. Com is pretty similar to the course in CA field I chose to opt for B. Com. I didn't had the need to give entrance exams as I had 92% in my 12th standard, hence got entry on a direct admission.

Course curriculum is very vast and very meaningful. With all the chapters which have been provided in the books, we are given extra knowledge by letting us work on case studies and practical circumstances. Except that, our college take us on a tour on weekly basis to give us practical knowledge about our environment and surroundings.

Yes, our college provide internship to newly appointed teachers or freshers. They are given practical knowledge of every aspect related to their field which can help them in their future career. Generally they are given stipend of 1/8th part of salary of experienced teachers.

Our college has a very vast network of companies who makes placement from our college like Infosys, Wilco and many more renowned companies. They visit our college very frequently and find the best person for the companies. Almost everyone who have passed from the college has found himself a job in a good company.

Sorry, but haven't been in need of that. But of course they give many scholarships and concessions to the deserving students and teach many economical backward students for free of charge.

Campus life has been as comforting as a home to students. We find our friends here, we play sports, we participate in competitions like dance, music and many more. Students from almost every corner can be seen here. They have been an integral part of our college. Gender Ratio is although below average but all the girls studying are enjoying their college life every moment. Our college has many research Labs, Dancing Rooms, Music Rooms, Sports Playground and many many more things.

The Alumni. I can't say anything about them or I can't judge them but they have been pretty friendly to all the students and supportive too. And seniors have been the real guide to the students.

Exams are conducted in semester manner whereby 2 semesters where every exams are conducted very strategically to give as much possible time to student to prepare and to revise for the next exam. Tiredness can be felt at the end of an exam but as mentioned
