Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for BDS because of my interest. I took admission to the Sardar Patel postgraduate Institute of Dental and medical science, Lucknow. I am really happy with the infrastructure of the college and the facilities which the college has provided me. The faculty members are very much knowledgeable and help us in every phase. They are very supportive. The classrooms have air conditioners and all the facilities of audio-visual aids. We have regular lectures and practicals for all the subjects,
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for my course are around 3 lac per year. Scholarships are also available for students who score good marks in the examination. It is a 4-year course with a 1-year rotary internship. From 3 years onwards we get clinical exposure to the patients.
Campus Life
There is a central Library on the college campus which is functional till late so that students can read and learn more. There are also cultural sports and activities held at least twice a year. Apart from this, there are various celebrations like Holi parties, Lohri parties, and farewell parties organized. The classroom is well-air-conditioned with audio-visual arrangements.
Admission
The admission was through NEET EXAM. I applied for BDS. BDS can be opted for after the intermediate examination. Reservations are available in the examination and selection is based on marks scored. I am happy with the examination pattern.
