Course Curriculum Overview
All the faculty members in the college are friendly and helpful with years of experience and knowledge in their respective fields. Most of the teachers are MDS qualified. Teachers here have very interactive and engaging sessions in lectures. Labs consist of one on one sessions with students where teachers help us to improve our lab work. Our college has three to two terms every year with professional exams at the end of each year. Every exam conducted by the college is done with professional-level checking and difficult questions.
Internships Opportunities
After 4 years of theory, we have 1 year internship programme. All the students have to go to every department for 1.5 months and learn to work with post graduate students. We get to work one one one with patients and get clinical knowledge
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee structure 342000/- Hostel and mess - 85000/- There are not many scholarship opportunities for students here as the college doesn't give scholarships to students. There's also no financial assistance provided by the college. There are no college campus jobs provided either.
Campus Life
Life on campus is good. We have basketball, cricket, volleyball, throwball and other interactive activities in hostels. Although campus life is good, where all the hostelers are fun. Mess food could be better. There's an annual fest in college called intrabatch fest where we have DJ night and cultural nights as well as intrabatch competitions like basketball, throwball, volleyball, etc. The library is well equipped with all the books and journals. The classroom is equipped with an a/c and a brightly lit classroom.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are spacious with first-year accommodations in PG hostels with PG students whereas they are then accommodated in UG hostels. Rooms are two-seaters. With bed, table, chair, fan and cupboards. Hostels don't ask you to pay for coolers, induction, heaters etc. We are allowed to keep them. Mess food could be better.
Admission
The application process was easy For admission to this course, I had given NEET UG exam, and after I qualified for it, applied for NEET UG counselling. Got into this college through counselling. The counselling process included document verification, security fees, locking college choices, seat allotment then finally document verification and admission process.
