Like a typical government college, the faculty members are government employees and they do not put much effort into teaching. No doubt some faculties are very much qualified and some of them work very hard for the students, but the average always falls below par.

Internships are usually found by the students off campus. But TCS offers us internships in the third year and also gives their job offer to top-performing interns in the final year. Other internships are generally found off-campus.

Placement opportunities at the college are limited. Only the CSE and IT students of the college get on-campus placements and that too is not a very handsome package. The expected package for an average CSE student is not more than 5-6 lakhs per annum.

The fee structure is pretty good in my college. My fee for each semester is 20,000 rupees. I have to pay the full 40,000 rupees per year but there's a plethora of scholarship schemes in my college. I'm a general-category male student, and my family's income is above 8,00,000. So I don't have any scope in scholarships but if a student has any one of the above-stated criteria, surely he/she can get a scholarship.

Campus life is not the best, but it's very much enjoyable and the students love their day-to-day life inside it. There are not a lot but some clubs but they are very good and nicely managed. Sports facilities are also available on campus. The library has lots of books related to course.

The college accepts the JEE score of the candidate. One has to apply through MPDTE, a state govt site where all the private and government colleges of Madhya Pradesh are screened. To get CSE in UIT, RGPV comfortably, you must get 91 to 93 percentile in JEE, the score is for males of the general category, others might get more benefits.
