Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I always wanted to learn about management and was planning to do MBA. christ university is one of the top and well-recognized universities so I applied. the faculty is very good except for some who are way too strict about the college rules and regulations like attendance. the student ratio is 70 in each section. the faculty is qualified and has very good knowledge on the subject they cater to but some teachers focus on only the theory part rather than the practical learning experience. the exams are not that difficult to pass but CIAs are a lot to do. there are two written exams and two assignments.
Internships Opportunities
de Shaw, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey-like companies come for the summer internship program with great stipends. they offer roles related to the course that you are in. Also other companies like Deloitte, ey also visit our campus
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee structure is 165000/yr. my course is for three years. the placement oppurtunities are great but the fees according it are quite high. but if you compare it with other colleges such as Symbiosis and nmims, it is affordable. the cost of living in Bangalore is slightly higher than in delhi or other states. There are scholarships available in the college on the basis of merit and financial situation. there are also internship opportunities with great stipend
Campus Life
life on campus is great and very lively. there are many people with different backgrounds and places which is very fun to interact with. there are many business fests organized inside the campus which will give you an all-round development not just theoretical. the classroom and the campus infrastructure are the best and very well maintained there are many clubs to join and each has a different thing to do catering to all interests.
Admission
the admission process was pretty smooth. christ university is the first one to start with its admission process. The eligibility for the course BBA hons is a minimum of 60 per cent on boards. then there is an entrance test which is also not that hard if you know the basic concepts of maths and logical reasoning. the application form is available on their website and students can fill it with fees of 1000/-. there is also personal interview conduction which includes extempore in which you are given a topic and you have to speak for 1 min on it. overall it is pretty much smooth
Interview Experience
yes, after the entrance test, there is a personal interview conducted, the personal interview is just basic with an exemption in which you will be given a topic and you have to speak for 1 min on that topic given to you. the entrance test consists of maths, English and logical reasoning with some gk. the test is not that hard as compared to ipmat but it needs a week or two of practice to brush up on the basic concepts. I solved Arun Sharma, and also joined Pratham for my prep
