Course Curriculum Overview

I got this course based on my JEE MAINS rank. The faculty-student ratio is 1:18. You will get a handful of profs for each topic in your stream. Most of the teachers are friendly and they will guide you once they saw the potential in you.

Internships Opportunities

You can expect most of the first-tier companies coming to campus to give Internship opportunities. You can also do an internship abroad. You can also do on-campus internships and off-campus internships too.

Placement Experience

There is a Training and placement section to make you placed in your dream company. They offer training before the third year to get you placed. You can expect most of the first-tier companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber etc in NITT Trichy. Rough 97% of students will get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are plenty of scholarships available for the students. And there are RECALL alumni scholarships too. There is a scholarship section allocated for scholarships. Using the lab facilities you can also start freelancing. There are campus Internships you can get under profs and a Computer support group.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs to join in NITT. There are cultural clubs, technical clubs, sports clubs, event clubs etc. There are three famous fests namely Festember, Pragyan and NITTFEST. There are technical clubs for the software domain electronics domain, data analytics domain, mathematics domain and so on

Hostel Facilities

You will get free wifi, water and washing machine in the hostel. There are more than 5 mess to choose based on the taste of yours. The wifi is unlimited and it's fast too. You get free sport equipments in hostel too.

After getting a good score in Jee Mains using JOSAA counselling you can get into NIT Trichy. There is a reservation benefit for people from Tamil Nadu. Students from all over India with unique talents will get a seat at NITT. So you get an opportunity to learn and work with different people. There are high-class labs available for all streams. You can access anything anytime to boost your knowledge.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
